This small desk is intended for artists and designers who need an angled work surface. The desktop measures 60 cm by 45 cm and can be tilted from 0 to 45 degrees using a ratchet mechanism on each side. A transparent plastic ruler edge (30 cm long) is embedded along one side for measuring. Below the main desktop, a narrow shelf (60 cm by 10 cm) holds a roll of drawing paper or a tablet. The desk is built with a steel subframe painted in matte black, and the desktop is made of birch plywood with a smooth sanded surface (no finish applied, allowing pencil marks to be erased). Two spring-loaded clamps are included to hold paper or canvas in place on the tilted surface. The desk height is fixed at 73 cm. No storage drawers are provided. The paper roll holder consists of two metal pegs that fit standard 5 cm core rolls. Maximum load on the flat desktop is 10 kg; load decreases as tilt increases. The desk requires assembly of the legs to the subframe (12 bolts). The product weight is 12 kg. The desk does not have a locking mechanism for the tilt; the ratchet holds position under normal drawing pressure (up to 2 kg downward force). Do not lean on the tilted surface.
